One method would be to gather the participants in a few locations in Europe, North America and maybe Asia. And then connect from there with the other groups. Every location would have arbiters present and I'm sure that they'll be watching each other as well :-). The chances of cheating would be similar to that of "physical" events and there would be some personal interaction as well. Regards, Mogens
