This was unfortunate, but after the event I spoke with the Shredder operator,
and he simply didn't realize this was against the rules.  For CCT5 we need to
clarify the rules, and/or ask authors to choose more experienced operators.  Or
just require authors to be present - I'd be fine with that, too.

Speaking of CCT5, who's going to step forward and organize it?  It has been 6
months...
