Are you saying that it would be possible for someone to operate a program they
are not involved in? That is a REALLY bad idea. I can't tell you how bad an idea
that is. I think this would be a shitty idea even in an *online* tournament. I
hate playing non-authors in CCTs. The idea of travelling half-way around the
world to pit my program against a program someone has *bought* is a non-starter.
