Did the ICCA suddenly patent the phrase World Computer Chess Championship?

I have heard that the ICCA will require a $30,000 payment to sanction the event.
I can do alot for the participants for $30,000. Don't you agree?

It can be called a World Championship _without_ the ICCA.
