The same cash as a $30,000 fee to start up an ICCA event would buy thirty $1000
plane tickets.  That would take care of the majority of those who would have a
problem.  I would let the professional programs buy their own tickets.

Maybe the chance to have 100 engines present will get some sponsors excited.
Look at the stupendous pile of cash they are dropping on the Kramnik match.  One
tiny fraction of a sliver of that would fly every engine in the world to Canada.
