Maybe we could have a competition for free airfaire, by continent for the
amateur programs.  I don't think you neeed one for the USA or Canada, but
perhaps have a contest for regions like:

Region 1:
Mexico/Central America/South America

Region 2:
Europe/former USSR

Region 3:
Africa/Australia/New Zealand/Oceania

Top 4 finishers from each of those tournaments gets a free ticket.

The ticket could be transferrable to another party, so that the winner might be
magnanimous and give it to someone who can use it, if they can easily afford the
trip.

I would really like to see the Spanish programs and what about KnightCap?  It
only enters Australian contests.  So it might be nice to make some way for them
to go.
