Subject: ICCA triennial meeting

Was this meeting held in Maastrict?  What was on the agenda?  What was decided?

I asked the ICCA, I believe in the person of David Levy, about the idea that the
ICCA is breaking its bylaws by not alternating the events between North American
and Europe.  At the time he said that they'd probably change the bylaws at the
triennial meeting.

So I'd like to know if, in particular, this happened.
