I find that a bit unfair. With 4 tickets for Europe there's no chance for mid-class programs, whereas in region 3 there is only Warp as top amateur. Think of Europe: YACE, Comet, Goliath, Anmon, Pharaon, GLC, Postmodernist, Nejmet, Gromit, Bringer, ...
