Another possibility is that the WCCC (as it exists now) could be Europe's
"qualifier" and the North American Championship could be North America's
"qualifier" to yet another event, which would be actual "world championship".
Kind of like how the AFL merged with the NFL, the ABA merged with the NBA, the
National League in baseball merged with the American league to make the Major
Leagues, and so on.
