  I like the ideas.
  I still like World Championships. But if calling it North American Open
  (along the lines of the old ACM tournaments) gives the capacity to have
   the world championships as well else where in the same year. Then maybe
   its a good idea.

   I like the guest speaker idea.

   60/90 for first control and G/30 for second control
   would be good.

   I like allowing any program and authors attend. But, I am not fond of
   allowing clones. Someone that grabs crafty (or whatever) and tweaks two
   lines of code should not be allowed.
