Heck, even if your program can't do those things, as long as your program
doesn't spaz out if it encounters an opponent castling or capturing en-passant,
then you should be there, if for no other reason than to have a good time,
support the cause, and drink beer.

4 and 5 need to be article 1 of the North American Computer Chess Federation's
bylaws. "Beer must be available at all events."

I agree. This thing has the possibility to grow, and eventually if it stirs up
enough interest over here, we might see some WCCC's come our way.
