You _can_ disprove Kasparov's main "claim". That "no computer would play ..." By demonstrating that at _least_ one computer _would_ play that move, his statement is disproven for all time. And the rest of his claim can therefore be taken with a mountain of salt. Robert Robert, the more I study this position and read Kasparov's comments about this line with these three moves, the more I think Kasparov (at the time of the comments) misunderstood the position and the variations surrouding the Qb6, Be4, and the move axb5. and also did not understand the capabilities of what a programmer can accomplish in this game of chess. I believe that his opinion of programmers and chess programs has changed tremendously, especially with todays hardware and todays chess programs. kburcham
