Yes, exactly one week ago. Several elections/confirmations took place.

The first was, that ICCA is now the ICGA (international computer games
association). Vincents proposal to have no longer micro events, but yearly WCCCs
with open hardware (next in Graz 03), got accepted my the majority of the
present ICGA members, also that there will be an amateur title. Most of the
participating chess programmers were present.

There was a discussion about the name and validity of the current title, because
Stefan claimed, it must be valid for three further years as implied by the
former triennial cycle of the WCCC. We found a compromise with the ICCA-Prefix
for the current title, if i remember right.

One point on the agenda was to call the programmers representative. M. Zentner
was not longer able to do the job, Y. Bjönsson was proposed and no other was
interested.

President D. Levy told about the importance of yearly events and sponsorship.
I'm not quite sure, but i think there was no special topic to alternate between
Europe and North America. The main problem was and is to find sponsors.

Hopefully i don't forgot too much, but one conclusion from Levy was, to improve
ICGA's web representation.
