The North-American pan of the tournament shouldn't be over emphasized, since
1. The tourney is intended to be a world championship.
2. Anyway most of the significant participants will be from Europe. All top
programs (Junior[Israel], Fritz[Holland], Shredder[Germany], Hiarcs[England],
Tiger[France], etc.) are Europeans.
