So instead of saying "Junior won the world computer chess championship", it is
now "Junior won the ICCA World Computer Chess Championship"?

I think this is very important, since most of us live on the web. I recall in
the past looking at their website and thinking their organization died. I saw
that there was a 1999 championship, and none in 2000 or 2001, so I assumed they
either stopped holding events, the organization died, or they hadn't updated
their page in 2 years. It would have been nice to have some easily accessible
information about how the cycle works. Then I would have known it was every 3
years, and that was the reason for no championship in 2000 and 2001.
