If you use the runtime figure from the crafty section of the specint benchmark,
you will find that the 2.533Ghz P4 does 116 which is 22% slower than the 1.8Ghz
Athlon which gets a 94.4. After doing the math, I come up with a divider that is
slightly over 1.7 so Vince appears to be accurate.
