Obviously, Vincent means "trial balloon", but if it's a hot day, and you don't
mind getting wet...! :)

I do think it's important to Craftily Ferret out what it is we want for our
first CC tournament BEFORE hunting a sponsor down.

Who's going to say "YES" to sponsoring an event before it's even thought out??

Could be wrong, but I believe you have to know what you want to hold, _then_
secure your sponsor, and then firm the event parameters up to a final form.

I think a sponsor for a major on-line event, with regionals all over the world,
would be very different from a sponsor for an "ACM like" CC tournament, where
things are done face-to-face.
