You are simply wrong

Not every game is won on time.

Movei on p800 can win games not on time with 1 second per move
when animation and pondering is off.

It usually need more than 40 moves to lose on time and
there are faster engines than movei.

I do not say that it proves which engine is best
at long time control but I believe that if the
programmers invest one week for the task then
the good programs at long time control are going
to dominate in most of the cases
(today they may lose on time but I believe that
this problem is not very hard to fix).
