I just called the Edmonton Sun, and was transferred to the library. The
substring "Peter Skinner" has not appeared in the Edmonton Sun at any time
during the past three years.

The librarian was very clear on this.

"So, if the sub-string P E T E R S K I N N E R had appeared anywhere in the
paper, that search would have found it?"

"Yes, it would have. I also looked up 'Pete Skinner', and no hits on that,
either."

I spoke with the executive director of the Edmonton Gleaner's Association, also
known as the Edmonton Food Bank. She has been there since 1989, and has never
heard of Peter Skinner.

I called Telus and nobody named Peter Skinner has ever worked there.

I spent a lot of time writing posts the other day, and I just spent a half hour
on the phone, making toll calls to another country, which is going to cost who
knows how much.

If you are fucking with me, I am not impressed.
