I do not know if there is an interface except winboard that enable
time control of x seconds per game for x<60.

If there is not then it means that it is bad luck for all the
commercial programs that are not compatible with winboard
because they cannot participate in similiar world championship
to the championshop that is suggested.

If you are interested in doing the world championship
of winboard programs in x second per game for some x<60 that
you choose then I may send you a version of movei for
that tournament.

I believe that I am going to improve movei in that time control
in the next weeks and the improvements are going to be productive
also for different time control.

I do not believe that it has a chance to win
the world championship in the near future but I believe that
it can get more than 0% in it's match against the world champion.
