The engines are the same and the GUI does not make a difference.

But in order to make faire comparisons you must run the position just after
clearing the hash table (for example by starting a new game then loading the
position).

If you let the program solve the position, then press Back, then start again, it
might find the right move MUCH MUCH faster, and this is not fair.
