In Crafty V17.xx - the xboard command sends the book moves in long algebraic
"e2e4" format which is needed in CM. I'm not sure about Crafty 18. Haven't
look at it yet. Without "xboard" , Crafty sends the book moves in short
agebraic "e4" which is simply ignored by CM.
