I use it in winboard.ini, too. > >Regards, >M.Scheidl In Crafty V17.xx - the xboard command sends the book moves in long algebraic "e2e4" format which is needed in CM. I'm not sure about Crafty 18. Haven't look at it yet. Without "xboard" , Crafty sends the book moves in short agebraic "e4" which is simply ignored by CM.
