The extensions were originally written by Gian-Carlo.  I may have tweaked them
some (can't remember, but I usually find it irresistable).

If you read the Crafty license, you will see that you are supposed to make
public any beneficial changes.  I think it {the license agreement} often gets
ignored.  Too bad.
