It postd only 7 digits because it has a variable that tells it the number of
nodes and the interface divides it by 1000 to give you the number of knodes.

The varaible that counts the number of nodes can get only values with at most 10
digits so when you divide it by 1000 you can get numbers with only 7 digits.

This is the reason for the fact that you see only 7 digits in the number of
nodes.

If you use Deep Fritz (and probably also in case of Fritz7) you  may get more
than 7 digits.
