I would agree with the others. Newegg is good if you want to roll your own. But
it may be cheaper to buy a complete, assembled system. For this, I like
www.micronux.com. I've gotten two systems from them, They are small, and (I
think) family run. They also have a good selection of components, and easy
configuration.

They specialize in Linux systems, but will sell you windows also.
