I remember that somebody posted the description of a really clever and compact
format some times ago. This description was part of a bigger description of a
freeware chess database program.

I'm sorry I don't remember who he is, because sharing his work is a nice thing.
But I didn't pay all the attention I should have given to it, because I was too
much focused on my engine...

Can somebody help?
