I think this is a draw. Black threatens to win with ...Ne4. Hence, White has
nothing better than to play 1.Kg1 and after Qd1 2.Kg2 Qe2 and so on, we have a
repetition of moves. Black has nothing better since the advanced pawn on the
queen side are dangerous.
