When AVERNO is making no progress its programmer must find a different
pass-time, namely insulting in CCC. Of course this gets no warning because the
moderators themselves insult as much as they want. For instance if a moderator
and old programmer is no gentleman and insults physically handicapped, other
programmers feel free to insult with psychological handicaps for a change.
Basically a consequence of the allowance for Bob to behave deliberately at will
(Bruce Moreland).
And I always thought that that personal insults would be absolutely forbidden in
CCC. Responsibles may consider the mechanism of bad role models. It's not fair
if some have extra-rights to misbehave.
