If you mean the scores of the two positions after those moves - I ghink Guy has given a perfect answer. Let it phrase it in my words. Assume 256 values from 0-255 you have available. You can choose to mean: value meaning 0 draw 1 broken 2 mate in 1 3 mate in 2 ... 128 mate in 127 129 mated (in 0) 130 mated in 1 131 mated in 2 ... 255 mated in 126 You can also chose other combinations of left and right side of this table.
