It depends on the program.
It can beat most of the programs of today that
are not top programs.

chess system tal(p200) beated palm tiger convincingly
at 120/40 and I think that most of the chess programs
cannot do it.

I believe that movei can beat palm tiger in a match
of 40 games at 120/40
but needs better hardware than p200 for that task.

If someone is interested to find out then
I can send the latest movei to her (him).
