Ikarus says -1.49. However, I am quite sure that this must be a draw, since
there is no breakthrough for the black king (=> no progress). So I believe your
adjudication was correct.

Ikarus needs ~10 seconds (K6/2-475MHz, 8MB Hash) to switch to (a keep) Kf5 with
a draw score after getting a big fail-low on Ra2 before.
