Hello Jason,

if you let me know the exactly paths of your folders

a) Chessmaster 8000, e.g.
    C:\Program files\Chessmaster 8000

b) ChessBase\Engines

c) Fritz 7

then I will send you some prepared files for starting The King 3.12d (as "UCI"
engine with the Wb2Uci adapter) in Fritz 7 very simply - including the
possibility to switch between some special CM settings (like CM_default, CM_Fun,
CM8777_Kleinert, CM_Schuele, CM_Pillen) in an easy way.

Important is: Your Chessmaster 8000 must be installed and in your cm8k folder
there must be the file "TheKing.exe" (127.488 Byte); this is the engine The King
3.12d, resulting from the latest patch/upgrade 1.0.4 to Chessmaster 8000.

BTW: These files work also for the King engine 3.12d in the GUIs of
- Hiarcs 8 or CB-Shredder 6 (not in older CB GUIs without UCI)
- Shredder 6 Classic or Shredder 5
- Chess Assistant 6.1
- Arena
with the paths of these GUIs.

Regards

Manfred
