I have a problem with your spceculation. It is not based on any real evidence
and it is just possible that it is wrong. If so, then you have smeared the
operators name unjustly.

It such cases, it is better to just stay mum and not invent rumors. Then if you
are wrong, you have avoided commiting an injustice. If you are right time will
sort it out as such or it will disappear of its own accord.

You will win no prize for guessing right, so why guess?
