All good points. From stories I have heard second hand, ICC doesn't seem to need a ton of proof for things like this. For example, on r.g.c.m there was a guy complaining that ICC accused him of cheating because he had Fritz running int he background analyzing another game. He said they made him either attach something to his finger notes saying that he was caught cheating, or they would make his account a computer account. The interesting part was that he was a weak player rated (IIRC) around 1400, and he won something like 7 out of 12 games against similar opposition. Apparently (if this story is true...who knows) ICC didn't bother to run his games through a computer to see if they were computer level. Of course, that story might just be a rumor :) Russell
