I too would WISH there were something that plays intelligently yet can easily be beaten by a beginner, and raises the level little by little, in all timings, and according to estimated ELO level. In that way, one could always keep ones minimum level in check, and see it rising little by little. But it shouldn't be as stupid as to not recapture a piece which just captured I'TS piece (unless there's a reason) as that is not even natural for ANY human. S.Taylor
