This is the difference between the players rating and their performance in the
tournament.
Sutovsky,E  performed at a level of  2660   +79  = 2739 in this tournament.

How they're calculated I'll leave to someone else.

For people on an equal score, a calculation is made to tie-break them for the
placings.

eg. 4   Khenkin,I: (Multiply his score against player 1 by the points player 1
scored) + ((Multiply his score against player 2 by the points player 2 scored) +
(Multiply his score against player 3....... )
