Possible reasons I can think of,

1) You are running in pure DOS mode thus a cdrom driver isn't loaded. Cure: run
Rebel under W95/98 etc.

2) You haven't unzipped the archove well, make sure "use folder names" is active
when extracting with Winzip.

3) Since you have copied to cdrom (all) the files contain the so-called
"read-only" attribute. You will have to remove the read-only attribute.
