Well if they put in such a coupon they can do this worldwide
If Ubisoft USA does it why would Ubisoft the Netherlands  do it diferent
That doesn't make much sence
Simply write on the coupon your local Ubisoft dealer.
Then they must.
And do you get 10$ for every version you own?
Then me and many other visitors here get money back when we purchase the program
That realy would be a great deal.
