Define "way above". It is stronger than Chessmaster 6000 (and 8000). HOW much
stronger I cannot really say with any certainty.

The TEXT of the in-game advice and analysis is pretty much the same. However,
because of the stronger engine, the quality of the advice will be consequently
improved.
