This was done years ago with the results being that starting with ply 4 up to ply 8 or 9, then programs strength increased by 200 to 250 points per ply. The higher the ply depth that it searched. the smaller the increase in strength. At the highest levels ie. 9 or above the increase became to become very small. Bill
