Mind you, my computer isn't on 24h/day either. My ftp site gets THOUSANDS of attempted hacks every day. Our business has a web site and an ftp site. The attacks on my site are 20 times more than the attacks on the business. I suspect it is because my site address if found all over the internet. Shrug.
