Obviously! Since I haven't been a CCC member for three years, I would guess I
haven't been following the conversation for that long, obviously.

It was just discovered that CCC is not the only place people talk about chess!

The point is, it is a fact that computers can now play at GM level. They can
compete with GM's and they can beat them in matches. Therefore, it is a FACT
that they can play at GM level. It's not a matter of whether or not some people
disagree. It's not a matter of opinion, but a matter of fact. If someone
disagrees with a fact, then their "opinion" isn't worth much is it?

Maybe Bob said something three years ago about how computers weren't at GM level
yet. I wouldn't know. I wasn't a member of the only place on earth where chess
topics are discussed, CCC.
