My wife has a Visor Deluxe.) But to answer your question. Yes. An M105 is plenty fine. Even the slowest of Palms (with ChessGenius or Chess Tiger loaded) plays chess at a level far higher than any dedicated chess handheld that I know of. Also, with a Palm-based unit, games are automatically recorded, PC interfacing is there. Screen quality is quite good even on monochrome units. A Palm compatible and a good chess program is (in my opinion) the best way to go for a handheld chess unit. Chris Kantack http://home.earthlink.net/~kantack/lcdchess/home.htm
