Then there is three of us on the same boat, me, you and Ed who don't want to get into the messy details of right or wrong about titles and norms! Personally I would just give all the programs a GM title right now so we can get this discussion over with and turn to something more interesting. Vote for me as the next FIDE president and I will make the necessary amendments to the rules! ;)
