Take some good computer experts under your wings to see if someone cheats or not! Always thread everyone with the same way! Folow your admins carefuly. And listen to what the members do say about them. (Be sure they don't cross legal lines like tracing etc.) and simple use a Ten times your out policy. (But also listen to what the admin has to say but don't fall for smooth talk.) Try create plans to make the visitors feel you realy have something extra. If a visitor comes up with an idea try to use it or give him a serious reason why it is not a good idea from your side. (But don't let the Admins make these disicions.)
