It is named pgnscid. From the command line you just invoke it with the name of the pgn file e.g. pgnscid mygames.pgn. It will create three Scid format files with the extensions .si3, .sg3, and .sn3. In this example they would be mygames.si3, mygames.sg3, and mygames.sn3 Steve
