Steve, or Larry Kaufman or anyone else who has knowlege of this. Is it possible to pool all the reports (getting the copies needed from whomever has the inbetween reports that are missing) and post them on your web pages at ICD (or some other place)? It is GREAT historical reading. Or are they copywrited or would it be breaking some other rules or laws???
