From what I can tell so far, his claims can only be backed up if he believes things to be true by faith, such as "computers are not intelligent". It could be possible be has an alternative agenda, since the question asked was "do computers make decisions?" and he started in on a rant about how computers are not intelligent. (shrug) Russell
