I have account in Chess.net.
They no longer allow to create computer accounts without paying a small amount
of money.

for the last 2 yrs, I have applied for computer accounts in FICS 6 time, sent
atleast a dozen e-mail, just recived one e-mail telling me that they are
"considering my application".
Every since that I have not logged into FICS.

I doubt they even read computer-application requests.
