Hi, I'm looking to play against a class A computer opponent. I'm rated USCF 1743 and playing CM5500 full strength (on celeron 800 machine) is hopeless (though instructive). I'd like to win from time to time. How can I set CM5500 to play about 1900 using the same time control as I am using - say game/60? If I set it for 1 second per move, turn off hash tables and thinking on my time and selective search, that is about right (actually still a bit too high). However, not exactly like playing in a tournament. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanx. Kerry
